Carter’s work as a Teach For America Corps Member in Compton, California and his Acton MBA education inspired him to start LEAD. As a Dream Team member, Carter is focused on strategic development and community partnerships. Like our LEADers, his favorite part of the LEAD year is the summer adventure. Carter is married with four children.
