Dreams were set, and goals were met this spring.

On Thursday, April 22nd, three running crews in Houston banned together to support LEAD. The partnership of Njord, BMR, and WERUNHOUSTON coupled with the support of the community created a powerful, purposeful, and fun event. Together, more than $4,600.00 was raised to send 18 student LEADers to camp. A-ma-zing!

For some students, it will be their very first time leaving Houston, or their first time attending camp. LEAD's summer camp offers the unique experience for youth to grow in vision, empathy, and tenacity. This adventure ultimately paves the way for students to apply strong social-emotional skills beyond the classroom. Without your support, these youth would not receive this experience.
