Why we LEAD

Too many youth lack access and opportunities. A zip code should not determine a child's future. Letting Everyone Achieve Dreams (LEAD) prepares youth for success by providing life skills and exposure to new opportunities. Our proven program supports youth year-round. We empower students with life skills in their classrooms, expand their worldview through field trips on Saturdays, and explore the great outdoors during overnight summer camps. LEAD makes a difference.

The Proof

Exposure is a powerful resource. It has the ability to change the life trajectory of youth from underserved neighborhoods. "I feel and see the world differently because of LEAD," a student shared. LEAD has been making an impact in the community for nearly two decades. Published and ongoing research from the University of Houston reveals that LEAD improves a child's overall well- being. LEAD is working! Student LEADers, their families, and schools want more of our dynamic program. LEAD is a part of the solution. Help expand our reach!
